Our History

Performance Associates was formed in 2001 by Simon Toy.

The company has grown in strength and size as we have developed our team of specialised associates and directors. Operating at Board Level, Senior, Middle and First Line Management levels as well as customer facing employees, Performance Associates have developed a range of practical tools and techniques based on sound psychological principles that positively impact upon the performance of our clients.

Initially based solely in the UK, demand has dictated that we expand our offering to include Europe, North America, Australasia, the Middle East and Africa.
